INVITATION TO BID FOR: PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF RICE FOR DISASTER PREPAREDNESS (FOOD STOCKPILING)
1. The Local Government Unit of Vinzons, through the 5% MDRRMF-Disaster Preparedness (Food and Non-Food Items for Stockpiling), to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (Php 510, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF RICE FOR DISASTER PREPAREDNESS (FOOD STOCKPILING). Above ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Vinzons now invites bids for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF RICE FOR DISASTER PREPAREDNESS (FOOD STOCKPILING). Goods are required 7 Days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed and should be completed within 15 calendar days. The bidder should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
