1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 10 power generators for 3 water intakes, sewage treatment plants and 4 primary schools in the Wola Krzysztoporska Commune as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program in 2025. For the implementation of the task, the Ordering Party will receive a subsidy from the Protection Program funds. Population and Civil Defense in 2025 (OLiOC).1.1 The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 30 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law allows the submission of partial offers. The order was divided into 3 parts. PART 1: Purchase and delivery of power generating units for water intakes 1.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Ordering Party's guidelines, - Annex No. 5 to SWZ - Detailed Technical Specification of individual units. 1.3 The order should be made in accordance with the order documentation, including SWZ and appendices and the Ordering Party's guidelines. The contractor is responsible for the quality and compliance with technical conditions and quality parameters described for the subject of the order.2.
