4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase and subsequent delivery of pellets to public utility facilities in the Obsza commune. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right pursuant to Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law in the scope of up to 50% of the maximum volume orders, under the conditions specified below; 1) The guaranteed scope of the order (guaranteed order), which the Ordering Party undertakes to complete and purchase during the term of the contract, is a total of 69 tons of pellets, divided into the following locations. Municipal Office Area: 14 tons of bagged pellets delivered in batches of approx. 5 tons (rounded to full pallets), b. Village Cultural Center in Wola Obszaska: 5 tons of bagged pellets delivered in batches of approx. 3 tons (rounded to full pallets), c. Primary School in Babice: 15 tons of bagged pellets delivered in batches of approx. 5 tons (rounded to full pallets), d.
