Description : Invitation to Bid for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF PARTS AND CONSUMABLES FOR LGU VEHICLES THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT.
1) The Municipal Government of Aloguinsan, through the General Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Twenty Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos ( Php 3, 025, 468.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Parts and Consumables for LGU Vehicles through Framework Agreement . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Aloguinsan now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Parts and Consumables for LGU Vehicles through Framework Agreement using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder criterion . Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
