"Purchase and delivery of OUVER filter-sorbing suits as part of the project entitled " FIRST RESPONDERS - effective response of services in the event of a CBRN-E attack " co-financed by the Internal Security Fund for 2021-2027." Department The Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the procedure for the purchase and delivery of OUVRY FILTROSORBTION SUITS as part of the implementation of the project entitled " FIRST RESPONDERS - effective response of services in the event of a CBRN-E attack " co-financed by the Internal Security Fund for 2021-2027. Planned launch date - order in the first half of 2026 with a completion date of 90 calendar days from submission. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of transfer invoices; the basis for issuing an invoice is the delivery of goods (without comments). The contractor is obliged to submit the following documents with the offer: 1) completed Annex No. 2 - declaration of art. 72) catalog cards of the offered assortment. Invitation with attachments are available in the "attachments" tab. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase/decrease the order depending on its financial resources. The Ordering Party reserves the right to launch an additional stage of the auction. The Contractor is obliged to is to sign the contract/order without undue delay from the date of submitting the documents to the Contractor. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order shall be borne by the Contractor.
