1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
PESOS (Php4, 999, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF ORGANIC FERTILIZERS with Contract ID PGA-OPAG2026-GDS06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA now invites bids for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF INORGANIC FERTILIZERS. Delivery of the Goods is required within twenty-five (25) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
