The subject of the order includes: 1) The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of a vehicle by the Contractor to the Ordering Party as part of the implementation of the task called Purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's premises of a new car up to 3.5 tons of VAN type from space loads.2) The Contractor declares that the offered car, which is the subject of this order, will be brand new, unregistered, unused, not subject to any repairs, from production in 2026, of full value, complete, free from defects, in including construction, material, workmanship and legal defects, and will also meet the technical requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the Specification of Order Conditions and detailed in the offer form, as well as the provisions applicable in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including those resulting from the Road Traffic Law and its implementing regulations.3) The vehicle will meet the technical conditions applicable in Poland, specified in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) confirmed by a document allowing driving on public roads in the country.4...
