1) The Municipality of Kibungan, through the Office of the Municipal Mayor - General Fund C.Y. 2026 (Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of One (1) Unit 4x4 Pick Up Truck/ PN GOODS 2026-07-0234. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Kibungan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 working calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
