1) The Municipality of Pinabacdao, through the 2026 Annual budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Six pesos only (Php1, 520, 626.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot /item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pinabacdao now invites bids for Purchase and delivery of Office Supplies (1st Batch) using the. Delivery of the Goods is required 60 days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
