TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All items must be delivered to Project Site at Brgy. Yugot, Mina, Iloilo (distance: 50 kms. From Iloilo City )
2. All items must be delivered within five (5) days after the received of approved P.O.
3. All items must be delivered at its best condition any materials found defective shall be returned and repalace by the supplier.his/her expense
4. Liquidated damages shall charged to the supplier for every day of delay.
5. The supplier shall informed the Project Technical Coordinator of Rural Water and Sanitation Project, PPDOprior to the delivery of materials.
6. The Provincial Government reserves the right to recrind cancel the contract if deemed necessary and to the best interest of the government.
