1. The subject of the order is purchase and delivery by the Contractor to the registered office of the Ordering Party - Bielsko-Biaa, ul. Wyspiaskiego 5a - by own transport: a) in relation to part I of the subject of the order - used, in good or very good condition, complete, fully a functional musical instrument, b) in relation to parts II - IX of the subject of the order - new musical instruments, not being the subject of exhibition, unused, from current production (not older than 2025) and parts of instruments music divided into the following parts: 1.1. Part I of the order: Pipe organ 1 pc. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the specification of the terms of the order.
