1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BILIRAN, through the Supplemental Budget 2025-01 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (2, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Motor Vehicle (VAN) (PR 2025-09-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BILIRAN now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Motor Vehicle (VAN) (PR 2025-09-01) using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid as award criteria. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within the period of ten (10) years a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
