1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Local Government Unit Operating Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php1, 499, 550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Dinalupihan now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Medicines is Fifteen (15) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two years (2) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
