Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, in accordance with the technical and functional parameters specified in the annex (OPZ) and in accordance with the indications resulting from the Regulation of the Minister of Health of September 24, 2013 on guaranteed benefits in the field of basic care health. 2. The subject of the order also includes staff training in the use of the offered medical equipment. The equipment covered by the subject of the order will be delivered to: Independent Public Health Care Facility with its registered office in Szczercow, ul. Mickiewicza 39B, 97-420 Szczercw; 3. Ordering party requires that the offered equipment covered by the subject of the order: a) be brand new, free from any physical defects and damage, without prior use and not subject to third party rights, b) be manufactured in 2026, c) medical equipment be a medical device approved for trading and use on in Poland, in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices, d) the parameters included in the description of the subject of the order are absolutely required.
