The purchase of the cars is essential to ensure quality care and continuity of service, as well as efficient use of financial resources. Scope of the public procurement: The subject of the public procurement includes three distinct items as follows: OP 1- Purchase of a car 8+1 seats (7+1+1 seat for a wheelchair) - In connection with the activity of the "Day Center for Children with Disabilities" in the town of Shumen and in order to increase the quality and accessibility of the provided social services, it is necessary to purchase a passenger car equipped with a wheelchair ramp for the Center's needs. "Daytime center for children with disabilities" in the city of Shumen is a form of support for children with permanent disabilities, in which service conditions are created that meet their daily and rehabilitation needs, as well as the needs for the organization of free time.
