By joining, the contractor accepts the conditions specified for this procedure: 1. The offer is valid for a minimum of 30 days from the end of the procedure. 2. The unit price includes the cost of transport to the indicated places. Ordering party attaches Attachments specifying the places of delivery, as well as the assortment and quantity of each product.3. The ordering party requires deliveries according to places indicated in the Annex between 7.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m.4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to complete the values selected by parts of the assortment, indicating the net value of the item along with a summary. Failure to complete and attach the Attachment by the Contractor may result in rejection of the offer.
