The contractor is obliged to: as part of the subject of the contract, to perform the necessary adaptation works of rooms intended for the installation of magnetic resonance imaging in accordance with the functional and utility program attached to the Specification of Terms of Order (Appendix No. 8). (PFU). The contractor is obliged to develop design documentation and, based on it, perform construction works including adaptation of the rooms. A detailed description/conditions/requirements regarding the subject of the order are included in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the Specification of Order Conditions and: detailed requirements regarding the technical and operational parameters of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 2b to the Specification of Order Conditions, i.e. in the Bid Form - technical and operational parameters. The subject of the order under this procedure is the supply of magnetic resonance imaging with equipment and integration with the PACS/RIS system and adaptation of the rooms.
