Tender Details

The subject of the order under this procedure is the supply of magnetic resonance imaging with equipment and integration with the PACS/RIS system and adaptation of the rooms. The contractor is obliged, as part of the subject of the contract, to perform the necessary works adaptacyjnych pomieszczeń przeznaczonych dla potrzeb montażu rezonansu magnetycznego zgodnie z załączonym do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ) - (załącznik numer 8) programem funkcjonalno-użytkowym (PFU). The contractor is obliged to develop design documentation and, based on it, to perform construction works including adaptation of rooms. A detailed description/conditions/requirements regarding the subject of the order are included in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the Specification of Conditions Orders and: detailed requirements regarding the technical and operational parameters of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 2b to the Terms of Reference, i.e.: in the Offer Form - technical and operational parameters.
