The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the tender for the purchase and delivery of M-tac Olive softshell jackets with a lining. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice; basis for issuing an invoice is the delivery of goods (without comments). The contractor is obliged to submit the following documents with the offer: 1) completed Annex No. 2 - declaration of art. 72) catalog cards of the offered assortment. The invitation with attachments can be found in the tab "attachments". The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase/decrease the order depending on its financial resources. Please submit offers at gross prices. The Ordering Party reserves the right to launch an additional stage of the auction. The Contractor reserves the right to launch an additional stage of the auction is obliged to sign the contract/order without undue delay from the date of submitting the documents to the Contractor. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order are borne by the Contractor.
