TASK NO. 1: De-icing fluid based on potassium formate TASK NO. 2: Solid deicing agent based on sodium formate 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of chemicals for de-icing airport surfaces, i.e. liquid de-icing agents de-icing airport surfaces based on potassium formate and a solid de-icing agent based on sodium formate in the winter season 2026/2027 and in the winter season 2027/2028 to the Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice. Divided into two tasks: Task No. 1 - de-icing fluid based on potassium formate in the amount of 1, 600 tons Task No. 2 - solid deicing agent based on sodium formate in the amount of 80 tons. 2. Liquid deicer and solid deicer must be present intended for de-icing runways. 3. Individual deliveries will be delivered to the Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice, ul. Wolności 90, 42-625 Ożarowice, within 72 hours of notification in the form of e-mail or telephone request by the Ordering Party. 4. The product will come from current production, i.e. the production date of the chemical delivered to the Ordering Party will not be later than 3 months before the date of placing the order. 5. The contractor will ensure compliance of the delivered chemicals for de-icing airport surfaces with the requirements of SWZ and documents confirming that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by...
