INVITATION TO BID FOR

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF LIGHTS AND SOUNDSYSTEM

1. The Local Government Unit of Anao, through its authorized appropriation under the CY 2025 Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Pesos (PHP 999, 420.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project Purchase and Delivery of Lights and Soundsystem located at Barangay Poblacion Anao, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Anao now invites bids for the Project Purchase and Delivery of Lights and Soundsystem. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project worth at least 50% of the ABC.
