1. The subject of the order includes the purchase of a light rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive for the Volunteer Fire Department in Podsarnie. Brand new car.2. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered item of order be brand new (unused), functional, meets the minimum conditions described in the detailed description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and the specification technical specifications of the offered equipment (technical requirements for a medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive - attachment No. 2.1 to SWZ).3.The subject of the order should constitute the sole property of the Contractor, be free from any encumbrances and proprietary rights (including liens, transfers for security purposes, etc.) and should not have any other legal or physical defects, including hidden defects.4.Object the order must comply with the requirements and parameters contained in the description of the subject of the order
