Purchase and delivery of light fuel oil The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of light fuel oil to the Municipal Cleaning Company in the capital city of Warsaw sp. z o. o., in the planned maximum quantity, 2, 280, 000 liters, with parameters meeting the requirements of the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard for the L-1 grade or an equivalent standard, in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of light fuel oil to the Municipal Purification Company in the capital city of Warsaw sp. z o. o., in the planned maximum quantity, 2, 280, 000 liters, with parameters meeting the requirements of the PN-C-96024:2020-12 standard for the L-1 grade or an equivalent standard, in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ. The description of the Subject of the Order includes primarily: detailed description of the subject of the order; list of quality parameters that heating oil must meet; the value of the minimum and maximum quantities of planned deliveries; price conditions and information on the method of settlement of deliveries; supply control conditions and provisions regarding: the duration of the contract, as well as places of delivery and deadlines for completing partial orders. The Ordering Party has provided for the possibility of using the institution of option law, details regarding the use of this institution, during the period the terms of the contract are included in the Description of the subject of the order.
