(2026-244)
1) The Municipality of Pinabacdao, through the 2026 Annual/Supplemental budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Eight pesos only (Php1, 613, 998.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot /item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pinabacdao now invites bids for Purchase and delivery of Laptop Computer, printer and other Accessories using the. Delivery of the Goods is required 120 days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
