WARS S.A. announces the purchasing process for the purchase and successive deliveries of juices for 24 months. All details regarding the purchasing process can be found in the attached documentation. ATTENTION! Contractors who submitted samples in the procedure CZZ.002.15.1208.2026.HB for the purchase and delivery of juices in packages 1 to 4 are exempt from the obligation to send a sample. Attachments: OPZ Attachment No. 1 - contract template Attachment No. 2 - offer form In order to submit the offer correctly, you must: - complete the value of the packages in the "Offer" tab. (unit prices are entered in the offer form). - complete and attach a signed and editable version of Annex No. 2 - price form. - within the deadline indicated in the procedure (until the day of opening the offers), send samples of the indicated products. In the procedure, samples of the proposed products should be sent - at least 6 pieces of each proposed product, to the address al. Jerozolimskie 56C, 00-803 Warsaw, referring to the following name and surname: Hubert Bieńko. The Ordering Party reserves the right to possibility of carrying out further stages in this process, e.g. electronic auction and/or negotiations. Note: Any questions, including requests to change the content of the contract or the description of the subject of the order, may be submitted until the date indicated on the purchasing platform as "Question end date."
