Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the task titled: Purchase and delivery of IT equipment with software and implementation services for the Municipal and Housing Management Department in Police2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 9 to SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex No. 6 to this SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not divide this order into parts. Therefore, the contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law. Reasons for failure division: The order is a single-branch contract. The subject of the order is complete in technical, functional, economic and utility terms. It is advisable to carry out them by one contractor in order to minimize the occurrence of non-compliance of deliveries. Moreover, the scope of the order does not limit the availability for small and medium-sized enterprises, therefore the division of the order is inappropriate.4.
