INVITATION TO BID

Purchase and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for Orion RHU Indigents Patients

1. The Municipality of Orion, Bataan through the General Appropriation Act of 2023 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos And 50/100 cents (319, 627.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Hygiene Kit for Municipality of Orion (24ITB-G-01-004). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Orion, Bataan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed within Thirty (30) calendar days.
