Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchaseorder on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.3. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-RECEIPT OF QUOTES.
