1) The Municipality of Orion Bataan through the Annual or Supplemental Budget, as approved by the Sanggunian FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Hematology Analyzer with reference number 26ITB-Z03-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Orion Bataan now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Hematology Analyzer. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days.
