KWP Katowice Supply Department invites you to submit an offer for: Purchase and delivery of gun cases and ammunition. Conditions of participation in the procedure: 1. Payment terms - transfer 30 days from the date of a correctly issued VAT invoice2. Any costs associated with execution of the order, including the cost of transport/shipping to the Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice at ul. Koszarowa 17 is covered by the supplier3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order by November 16, 2026. The Ordering Party allows the possibility successive deliveries, however, the first delivery should be made by June 16, 2026 for a minimum of 25% of each type of assortment.4. Warranty 24 months from the date of last delivery5. The ordering party requires it to be sent as an attachment on the platform purchasing, current physico-chemical tests of the type of leather used, from which the ordered cases will be made. In addition, upon delivery of the goods, a certificate confirming the amount of material used is required.6. Before choosing the most advantageous offer, the Ordering Party will obligatorily request sending samples of the offered products in order to carry out a quality assessment. 7. The procedure does not have to end with the selection of the Supplier without giving a reason, and the Bidders are not there is no claim against the Ordering Party.8.
