part 1 - meatThe subject of the order is the successive deliveries of food products intended for current nutrition in the assortment and quantities included in the lists constituting Appendix No. 1a in the .xls format. The Ordering Party emphasizes that the implementation is cyclical deliveries, each time their weight should be consistent with the content of the order placed. The Ordering Party anticipates a partial order during the order execution. The quantities of particular products given in Annex .xls should be treated as estimated values ​​and do not have to be exhausted during the execution of the contract. The Ordering Party intends to exercise the option right in the event of a need to order additional products in connection with the financial resources allocated for this purpose. The following applies to orders covered by option law provisions relating to the basic order. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use all or part of the order covered by the option right, and the Contractor declares that it will not make any claims for this reason.
