1. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of furniture equipment divided into three parts. In part 1 "Purchase and delivery of furniture equipment for the primary school in Piekary and Lutówka", In part 2 "Purchase and delivery of furniture equipment to the Volunteer Fire Department in Bobrowce", In part 3 "Purchase and delivery of furniture equipment for the Children's Club in Osuchów" 2. Obligations of the contractor and additional information for each part: 1) The subject of the order also includes the performance of all auxiliary and accompanying works necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the order. 2) The subject of the order must be performed with due care, in accordance with applicable standards and legal provisions. 3) The contractor is obliged to read the contract template in detail the requirements contained therein also be included in the offer price and complete the order on the terms and conditions described therein.
