Supplied MGO DMA fuel and diesel oil they must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and must comply with PN standards. Detailed Item Description orders and estimated quantitative demand are included in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ together with assortment and price forms for parts 1-5 (applies to MGO DMA) and parts 6-8 (applies to diesel oil) The subject of the order is successive delivery, in accordance with the reported demand for MGO DMA marine fuel in a maximum amount of 144, 000 liters including refueling service.
