Part I Cashless purchase of fuel for the needs of multi-operation machines and graders of the Forest Districta) The subject of the order is the cashless, successive purchase of liquid fuels in the estimated amount: - diesel oil - 42, 000 litersb) The fuel will be refueled directly from legalized fuel dispensers for the car and the mobile tank mounted on the car, as well as for canisters in the possession of the Ordering Party using electronic fuel cards. c) The refueling point must enable free and safe access for the Ordering Party's cars, located no more than 15 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters, i.e. ul. Dbowa 2A. 13 100 Nidzica and must cover the entire subject of the order. The distance of the fuel sales point from the Ordering Party's headquarters is measured by public roads enabling the movement of vehicles, and the journey to the point of sale and return to the Ordering Party's headquarters may not exceed a total distance of 30 km. d) Diesel oil will be purchased at the current price used by the manufacturer announced on the website, less the declared permanent discount (discount) on fuels covered by the subject of the contract indicated in the offer. e) Perform...
