Tender Details

Purchase and delivery of forging services and pre-insulated pipes The tender relates to the framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of forging services and pre-insulated pipes for Ringsted Fjernvarme A/S. The tender is carried out as a limited tender, cf. the Utilities Directive (Directive 2014/25/EU of 26/2 2014), which means that pre-qualified suppliers can make offers. Suppliers can apply to be pre-qualified/selected to be able to submit offers. Among the applicants, 5 Bidders will be selected, all of whom are successful to the suitability criteria and who are assessed to be the 5 best applicants. This process is further described in the tender conditions, Chapter II - Prequalification phase. The 5 bidders then have the opportunity to submit bids. This is additional described in Chapter III of the tender conditions - Tender phase. A framework agreement will be entered into with 3 of the 5 tenderers. During the agreement period, mini-tenders will be held where the 3 suppliers can submit offers for smaller tasks and the large ones respectively projects.
