The Local Government Unit of Balbalan, through the DSWD CAR TRUST FUND approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR PESOS (Php 674, 894.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF FOOD SUPPLIES FOR THE 16th CYCLE SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM of Budget 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected upon bid opening.
