1. The subject of the order concerns: Purchase and delivery of a file server/disk array for data archiving, 11 pieces. The Ordering Party requires that all devices offered are the same (same manufacturer, model type or other marking identifying the product).2. Subject of the order: 1) File server/disk array for data archiving, 11 pieces, are ordered for the needs of the organizational units of the Krotoszyski County, which will be the users of the ordered equipment. 2) The submitted offer should cover the entire scope of material and quantitative specified in this specification of contract terms (OPZ).3) The Ordering Party will specify the minimum technical parameters that should be met by the equipment offered by the Contractor. The Contractor may offer a product with better parameters than those described by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1 and 1 a to SWZ4) In the technical specification of the offered equipment (Appendix No. 1 a), the contractor is obliged to provide the name of: a) manufacturer and the brand, type, model of the offered equipment b) manufacturer, model and name of the processor 5) Contractor in the specification technical specifications of the offered equipment, he is obliged to provide a description of the offered equipment confirming that it meets the requirements...
