The subject of the order was divided into 4 parts. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts of the contract. Detailed description of the item the order constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The draft agreement constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The equipment will be delivered by means of transport provided by the Contractor, at its expense and risk, to the penitentiary units indicated in point. 1 OPZ.
