Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment and software to ensure secure Internet connections for employees (WEB-Proxy). 2. As part of the subject of the Agreement, the Contractor undertakes for the benefit of the Ordering Party to: 1) delivery of Devices together with the Software; 2) providing other necessary software with licenses (for a period of at least 60 months) or other necessary licenses (for a period of at least 60 months); 3) conducting workshops for the Ordering Party's employees (administrators); 4) providing vouchers for training; 5) preparation of Design Documentation; 6) transfer of copyrights to the Design Documentation; 7) implementation of the System in the Ordering Party's Infrastructure, including installation, configuration of Devices and software, as well as carrying out migration and acceptance tests. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The rules for the execution of the order are specified in the draft contract Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
