Purchase and delivery of electric vehicles
The subject of the contract is the supply of new personal electric vehicles of the SUV type - 12 units and commercial vehicles (vans) with electric drive - 1 unit, including related services, especially the provision of warranty service.
Part of the subject of the contract is:
- delivery of new ones motor vehicles of category M1 (passenger SUV) and N1 (light commercial vehicle - van), while the definition of a new vehicle, including permissible previous registration and mileage, is given in Appendix no. 13 of these tender documents,
- delivery of all documents necessary for registration and operation of vehicles in the Slovak Republic,
- providing a warranty for vehicles, including a warranty for the traction battery,
- provision of warranty service including regular service inspections prescribed by the manufacturer, including material and work,
- ensuring the availability of an authorized warranty service for all offered brands and types of vehicles at a distance of no more than 100 km from the seat of the public contracting authority (Bulharska 39, 917 01 Trnava), GPS coordinates 4821'36.3"N 1735'51.3"E. The distance will be determined according to the shortest road route shown in the Google Maps application on the day of submission of the documents to the successful to bidders within the framework of cooperation necessary to conclude a purchase contract, with an accuracy of 0.1 km.
