Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of electric vehicles, carried out under the grant project No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0007/24 entitled Infrastructural support for Mental Health Centers for adults and community psychological and psychotherapeutic care centers/teams (level I reference), implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 20212027 Program, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.2. The contractor undertakes to deliver brand new, fully electric vehicles of the M1 category, without an engine combustion engine, without hybrid drive and without plug-in hybrid drive, for which CO emissions at the point of use are 0 g/km. Each vehicle must comply with the SWZ, OPZ and the Contractor's offer, be approved for traffic in the territory of the Republic of Poland and meet the requirements arising from generally applicable regulations. applicable legal regulations, in particular regarding approval, safety and technical conditions of vehicles.3.
