Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of electric vehicles, carried out under the grant project no. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0007/24 entitled Infrastructural support for Mental Health Centers for adults and community care centers/teams psychological and psychotherapeutic (I reference level), implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.2. The contractor undertakes to deliver brand new, fully electric vehicles of the M1 category, without an internal combustion engine, without a hybrid drive and without a plug-in hybrid drive, for which CO emissions at the point of use are 0 g/km. Each vehicle must comply with SWZ, OPZ and the Contractor's offer, approved for traffic in the territory of the Republic of Poland and meets the requirements resulting from generally applicable legal provisions, in particular regarding approval, safety and technical conditions of vehicles.3.
