1. The subject of the order is the successive purchase and delivery of hard coal of the eco-pea coal type along with unloading at the storage site for the period from February 9, 2026. until January 31, 2027. The price of the delivered tonne of coal should include VAT, excise duty, cost delivery, unloading, transportation and possible testing of coal. 2. Fuel coal will be delivered to the Educational Facilities Complex in Bieuń. 3. The fuel delivered must have an attestation, certificate or quality certificate. 4. Required parameters of the fuel being the subject orders: - calorific value: 26 MJ/kg - humidity: - ash content: - volatile matter content: 28-48% - sulfur: - grain size: 5-20 mm - sub-grain fraction (meow): 5. Hard coal of the eco-pea coal type in a dry state in the amount of 250 tons (20%), one-time delivery in the quantity 25 tons. 6. The Ordering Party may change the quantity of goods referred to in point. 1 without the right to pursue compensation claims by the Contractor for delivering a smaller or larger amount of coal (20%). 7. Deliveries will be made by the Contractor's transport at his own expense Cost. 8. Orders for coal supplies will be made by telephone to the number indicated in the offer by the contractor...
