The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of disinfection products. 2.Short description of the subject of the order: the subject of the order includes the list of products included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (assortment and price form). 3.Code specifying the order according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV: 33631600-8 antiseptics and disinfectants, 39831240-0 cleaning preparations. 4. Place of order fulfillment: ul. Grenadierów 51/59, 04-073 Warszawa. 5. The service provided at the Ordering Party's premises is to be performed from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 6. Successive deliveries of the subject of the order are to be made to the Hospital Pharmacy located in Pavilion III of the Hospital on the ground floor and to the warehouse located in the basement of the Hospital, each time by the Ordering Party will indicate if the place of delivery is a warehouse. 7. The subject of the order will be collected in rooms available to the Contractor's employees (suppliers, couriers). 8. Detailed conditions for the provision of the service are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No 4 to SWZ. 9.
