a) medicinal products must meet the requirements arising from the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301, as amended).d.). Applies to groups: 1, 2, 3 (items 1-3), 5, 6, 7 (items 1-3), 13

b) medical devices must meet the requirements arising from the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices medical, (Journal of Laws 2022, item 974) and REGULATION (EU) 2017/745 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 5 April 2017 onmedical devices, amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC (MDR). c) disinfectants must be testedconfirming the required biocidal spectrum and the appropriate permit and parallel trade permit, or trade permit in accordance with Art. 5 of the Act of October 9, 2015 on biocidal products (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 24).
