Completion time: 21 calendar days; Payment deadline 30 days from date of submission of the invoice; the basis for issuing an invoice is the delivery of goods (without comments). The contractor is obliged to submit the following documents with the offer: 1) completed Annex No. 2 - declaration of art. 72) catalog cards of the offered item assortment. The invitation with attachments can be found in the "attachments" tab. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase/decrease the order depending on its financial resources. The Ordering Party reserves the right to launch an additional stage auction. The Contractor is obliged to sign the contract/order without undue delay from the date of submitting the documents to the Contractor. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order shall be borne by the Contractor. We reserve the right to do so withdrawal from the execution of the order / signing the contract without giving a reason.
