After evaluating the offers, the Ordering Party will inform the tenderer who submitted the most advantageous offer, which does not require rejection of the requirement to submit a Declaration constituting Annex 1 to the procedure, signed in accordance with the representation. When submitting an offer, the contractor is obliged to submit documents enabling the assessment of compliance of the offered item with the requirements of the Ordering Party.
