Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of a crawler excavator with equipment as part of the task titled: creating and maintaining, within the commune, civil protection resources and infrastructure necessary to implement civil protection and civil defense tasks. The task is co-financed from the state budget under the CIVIL PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENSE PROGRAM FOR 2025/2026 under area 2 Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies. 2. The scope of the order includes the purchase and delivery of a crawler excavator with equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1A Detailed description of the subject of the order. The Contractor will complete Annex 1A regarding the offered parameters of the excavator. The Contractor will also be obliged to: - prepare for the acceptance of the subject of the contract, which will take place at the Ordering Party's headquarters. The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party at least 4 days before the planned acceptance specifying the day and time of collection, - handing over to the Ordering Party, among others, detailed user manual in Polish and warranty book. - providing a warranty for the excavator for a minimum period of 24 months.
