Purchase and delivery of computing and data storage servers to expand the computing cluster of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Adam Mickiewicz University. The subject of the order is described in Annex A to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. The contractor will deliver and install the subject of the order at its own expense and risk in the place specified by the Ordering Party. Domestic and foreign transport, including insurance, all customs duties, stamp duties and any other fees - are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Ordering Party allows submission equivalent offers. The Contractor may offer equipment with the same or better technical, qualitative and functional parameters, meeting the minimum parameters specified by the Ordering Party in Annex A to the SWZ. The Ordering Party stipulates that all proper names of materials (products) provided in the SWZ or another document integral with the SWZ are not intended to violate Art. 99 of the Public Procurement Law, and are only intended to specify the quality and technological expectations of the Ordering Party. This should be understood as specifying the required minimum operational, functional and technical parameters or quality standards. The delivered equipment must be brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery and not shown at conferences and trade fairs or used in a similar manner.
