Tender Details

Computed tomography scanner - 1 set. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of a computed tomography scanner along with dedicated equipment and software, as well as training of the Ordering Party's staff. Subject of the order will be implemented in the following stages: Stage I - delivery and assembly of the Device and equipment by the Contractor. Stage II - cooperation between the Contractor and the Ordering Party in obtaining all required acceptances, opinions, arrangements and approvals, including in particular resulting from the provisions of construction law, sanitary law, radiological protection law and other relevant regulations. As part of the implementation of Stage II, the Ordering Party expects to obtain a positive decision allowing the use of the CT Laboratory Device and then, after obtaining the appropriate decision, start the device. Stage III - implementation of specialized training for the indicated Ordering Party's staff and performance of obligations arising from the granted guarantee and warranty for device. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity is specified in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - list of technical and functional parameters. Information regarding delivery rules, guarantees and remuneration are included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
